Add it to Gmail (on a computer)

  1. Tap Copy signature above.
  2. Open Gmail, click the gear (Settings) at top right, then See all settings.
  3. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
  4. Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on Mac).
  5. Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
  6. Scroll to the very bottom and click Save Changes.

Phone: the Gmail phone app doesn't support image signatures, so set it up once on a computer. It's added to emails you send from Gmail on the web (computer or phone browser), not from the Gmail app.
